Separate the decision sequence from the work promise
A contractor’s actual schedule depends on the agreed scope, material readiness, trade coordination, inspections and site findings. This tool simply places the durations you supply onto a calendar. Do not use the result to promise an event-ready room or make nonrefundable plans without the contractor’s written confirmation.
Review what can change
Ask which selections must be resolved before a phase, what approvals depend on earlier work and how delays will be communicated. Save the assumptions beside the printed dates. If a phase duration changes, recalculate and discuss the effect rather than treating the original date as a guarantee.
What the output means
Calendar days are used. Weekends, holidays, inspections and supplier lead times are not automatically excluded.
